New applicants must pay a membership fee, required deposit, and service fees at time of application.

New Construction Guide
Membership
Establish membership first. Connection fees and security must be finalized before any work begins.
Temporary Power
Delivery: Up to 2 weeks.
Customer supplies pole/meter base. Design technician visit required for placement.
Design Technician Meeting
A Design Technician will meet you on-site to determine project scope and line placement.
Connectivity
Installation: Up to 2 weeks.
Notify us once all inspections are complete. Final meter connection is the last step.
Your Project Checklist
Following your site visit, your Design Technician will provide a Customer Information Sheet. Key items often include:
Easements
Required if lines cross 3rd party property. Must be notarized.
Hold Harmless Agreement
Required for ditches near existing water or wastewater lines.
Load Sheet
For Commercial/Industrial use to determine transformer size.
Technical Requirements
- Aid-In-Construction charges are non-refundable and due before construction begins.
- Customers are responsible for “Clearing the Path” (Right-of-Way) of brush, trees, and paving.
- Permanent Meter Bases can be picked up at any district office.
- Jurisdictional inspection approval is MANDATORY before service activation.
Moving or Disconnecting?
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to process a disconnection request.

Close Account
Permanently disconnect and close your account. Located under “Services” in the portal.
Temporary Repair
Disconnecting for electrical work? Contact office directly and schedule inspection before reconnect.
