Online Billing/Payment: You can view and pay your most bill online with any Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Payments can be made online or over the phone, but NGEMC will no longer accept credit/debit card transactions over the counter or through drive thrus. A convenience fee will be applied for those paying their bill with a credit/debit card. The convenience fee is currently 2.45 percent of each transaction. There is no limit on the dollar amount of each transaction.

Update Your Account: Another option is to Update Account Information online. You can update your name, spouse's name, mailing address, service address, telephone, cell phone, work phone, pager phone, and e-mail address then send it to NGEMC. Please allow one working day for the account to be updated.

If this is your first time accessing your account online, you will need to find your Account # and temporary Password on your most recent paper bill.	Please disable your computer's pop-up blocker before continuing. Some pop-up blocking software interferes with the bill payment processes. Please refer to your web browser's Help documentation for instructions on how to disable pop-up blocking.
