Yes. You can view your most recent bills online. Go to our Web site at www.ngemc.com and click the Online Billing button on the left side of your screen. You will need to have your account number and password to login.

Yes, anyone that has the correct account number and password can view a bill for that account.

What happens the first time I login?
You will use your assigned password on your paper bill when you logon for the first time. This is a temporary password. The Web site will require you to enter a new password that you choose. Please choose something you can remember.

These dates do not appear on your online bill or your paper bill. Currently, the only notification of a cut-off or disconnect date is by a notice in the mail.

No, the only requirement is an Internet connection. This can be found at your local library.
