You can also report outages using the My NGEMC mobile app, available for free in the Android or iPhone app store (see links below), or call an NGEMC office.
If you report an outage via your phone during a large or widespread power outage, hold times may be affected and you may experience busy signals. NGEMC’s automated metering infrastructure technology also provides information to the dispatch center to support safe and timely power restoration efforts.
