To report outages, use the My NGEMC mobile app, available for free in the Android or iPhone app store, or call an NGEMC office. During large outages, hold times may be affected and members may experience busy signals. NGEMC’s automated metering infrastructure technology also provides information to the dispatch center to support safe and timely power restoration efforts.

Stay away from fallen power lines and report them immediately to NGEMC or by calling 911. NGEMC linemen reside in the service area and are on immediate standby. To learn more about how the power restoration process works, click here.
